Daytime Cafe and Evening Cheese & Wine Bar 

The Stable Cheese & Wine Bar is a place for a proper lunch, a glass of something lovely and those catch-ups that last a little longer than planned.

 

Monday to Friday, 9.30am–3pm, we’re open for daytime lunches, with a salad bar, generously filled sandwiches and jacket potatoes with your favourite fillings. Build yourself a colourful salad, settle in for lunch or take something good back to your desk. Everything is just as happy packed up to take away as it is enjoyed here.

Our cheese and wine evenings are all about taking your time. Choose an individual board or one to share, with cheese, cheese and charcuterie, or vegan options. Our Pick & Mix Boards let you make it your own, with a changing selection of fresh and dried fruits, olives, pickles, nuts, crackers and accompaniments, including honey, chutney and quince.

We’ve chosen our wines with help from The Wine Shop, alongside beers and alcohol-free options, so there’s plenty to enjoy whether wine is your thing or not.

Pop in for lunch, meet a friend over a board or make an evening of it. Good food, good company and no need for a special occasion.
