THE GAMES ROOM
Work Hard Play Hard
The Stable Games Room is Weston's first board game pub, a friendly, welcoming space for gamers old and new to explore our library of hundreds of games, with expert staff on hand to make recommendations and help with the rules.
Alongside the games, we will serve a menu of delicious homemade food, directly sourced tea and coffee, and a wide range of draught craft beer, wines and spirits.
Find us opposite The Playhouse Theatre, round the corner from The Parkside student accommodation.

We expect to get busy, especially in the evening and at the weekend, so we'd always recommend booking ahead to make sure we have a table ready for you. You can use our online booking site or give us a call on 01934 315305 to reserve your table.
Occasionally our opening times may change due to special events - please check Facebook for any alterations. If you have a booking with us then don't worry - the cafe is definitely open at that time!
HOW IT WORKS
For those visiting us to play, there is currently no cover charge, so you can turn up and play for FREE. You will have unlimited access to our library for the duration of your visit, plus support from our staff as needed.
We also operate as a regular pub cafe, for those who would just like a drink.
RESERVE A TABLE
If you’re planning a visit to The Stable Games Room, please use the booking site to reserve a table, or alternatively give us a call on 01934 315305.
Advance booking isn’t always essential for small groups and we'll always try to fit you in if we can. However we expect to get busy, especially in the evenings and at the weekend, so we'd always advise booking ahead to avoid disappointment.
Tables can be booked in either two-hour or four-hour slots. We recommend making a four-hour booking if possible, as this provides enough time to play several quicker games and still have time for food, or to play through one of our longer games without having to rush.
